At NorthStar Commerce Group LLC, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we may request photos of the item and packaging to help us review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error by us.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be refunded minus any original shipping or return shipping charges incurred.
