NorthStar Commerce Group LLC ships orders to customers within the continental United States.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, package size, and service availability.
Tracking Information:
A valid tracking number is provided for every shipped order. Tracking details are sent to the customer by email after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping destination and carrier service level.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. NorthStar Commerce Group LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, refused, or addressed incorrectly, we may issue a refund minus any shipping or return shipping costs incurred, or reship the order at the customer’s request and expense.
Fulfillment:
Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment location in St. Petersburg, Florida using validated carrier services and tracked delivery.
